QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Launch Box members must be Philippine residents aged 18 years old and above and residing in Luzon where 7-Eleven stores are located.
  2. Employees of Philippine Seven Corporation, its affiliates, suppliers, sponsors and agencies including their relatives up to a second degree of affinity and consanguinity are disqualified from joining the Launch Box.
  3. The first one hundred (100) participants who sign up for the Launch Box during the initial launch will automatically become members, provided that they meet all criteria for joining. When Launch Box members are removed, a new round of sign-ups will be opened up to fill the vacant slots.
  4. Launch Box membership is conditional upon meeting the requirements of the program.
  5. Requirements for Launch Box membership are as follows:
    • All Launch Box members must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Registrants who are accepted into the program will receive a confirmation email once it has been verified that they are qualified to join.
    • During every product launch, member must claim the free item/s allocated from them within the redemption period stated.
    • When claiming the Launch Box free sample, member must surrender their voucher to the 7-Eleven cashier and sign the logsheet.
    • Members have three (3) days to claim their free items once they are sent their redemption coupon. Failure to claim the free products within the period specified will mean the member automatically forfeits his/ her membership to Launch Box and will no longer be eligible to join the Launch Box.
    • The review for the Launch Box product must be submitted via the Launch Box website and must follow the guidelines for posting. Reviews must be submitted within three (3) days after the end of the redemption period.
    • 7-Eleven reserves the right to immediately revoke membership to the Launch Box without  any notice if any of these requirements are violated.

 

HOW TO SIGN-UP

  1. When there are available slots for the Launch Box, members must first sign in with  their Facebook account.
  2. Once signed in, members will see the REGISTER button found on the upper right hand corner of the page if there are available slots.
  3. The link will direct you to a registration form that you must fill out and submit. Should you qualify as a member, you will be sent a confirmation email within 48 hours.
  4. Membership is on a first come, first served basis.

 

REDEMPTION

  1. Before each product launch, members will be notified via email with their coupon for the free Launch Box item they are entitled to claim. Members must print this email as this will serve as their official voucher.
  2. The redemption period for the freebies is three (3) days and will be specified in the email coupon. Failure to redeem items within the prescribed period will automatically mean that the member is no longer entitled to the free item and that his/her membership to the Launch Box is revoked
  3. Members must proceed to their selected 7-Eleven store to claim their freebie. The coupon shall not be honored at other stores.
  4. Present your email coupon and 2 valid IDs to the clerk.
  5. Once your coupon is validated, the clerk will ask you to sign the logsheet
  6. The clerk will then give you your free item and keep your email coupon. 

 

POSTING REVIEWS

  1. After enjoying your free products, you must log-in to your Launch Box account and submit your review on or before the deadline specified. Deadline of submission of reviews is three (3) days upon the end of the redemption period.  
  2. Proceed to your Profile page on the Launch Box page (upper right hand corner)  OR the “Inside launch Box” tab and go to SUBMIT REVIEW to post your product review.
  3. Select the product that you will review and submit the following:
    • Product review (minimum of 100 words)
    • A photo of yourself with the product
    • Your rating (Like or Dislike)
  4. Guidelines for submitting Reviews
    • You are encouraged to give an honest review of the product as long as these are fair and justified.
    • Your photo with the product must feature the Launch Box member.
    • Reviews containing offensive, obscene, discriminatory or disparaging content will automatically be deleted and .your membership will be revoked 
    • By submitting your review, you hereby acknowledge that all reviews and photos submitted by Launch Box members automatically become property of 7-Eleven. These submissions will be featured on the Launch Box website for promotional purposes.

 

REWARDS

  1. Apart from the free items that members are entitled to, 7-Eleven shall also reward the best written review chosen by the 7-Eleven team will be awarded a reward of P500 worth 7-Eleven GC.
  2. For every product launch, only one review shall be chosen as the Best Launch Box Review.
  3. The winner of this award will be notified via email about the details of how to claim their prize.

 

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

  1. In the event that you do not wish to try a particular product featured in the Launch Box for some reason (ex. Allergies, Personal preference), you must notify us during the 1st day of the redemption period and state your reason.
  2. 7-Eleven will decide if your reason is valid on a case to case basis. If approved, you will be given due consideration and will be excused from submitting a review. You will not be permitted to claim your free item in this case.
  3. You will only be allowed to do this for a maximum of 2 consecutive product launches.

 

GROUNDS FOR DISQUALIFICATION

  1. 7-Eleven shall not issue notification should your membership be revoked for any reason. The reasons which may be used as basis for the termination of your membership include, but are not limited to the following considerations:
    • Failure to claim your free Launch Box Item within the Redemption Period
    • Failure to submit your product review within the specified deadline
    • Misrepresenting your registration details
    • Failure to follow the guidelines for posting reviews
    • Abuse of your Launch Box coupon

 

*** By joining the Launch Box, members acknowledge that the Launch Box is a developing program and that 7-Eleven reserves the right to make revisions to its policies at any time as it continues to improve. Should any changes be made, 7-Eleven will give due notice to its members before these revisions are implemented.
